Meet the Team
As well as the incredible work of our volunteers and supporters, the Number 11 team is responsible for the running of the centre and Number 11 as a whole.

Rob Stanway
Operations Manager
Rob joined Number 11 in the Summer of ’22. His background is in Health and Social Care, working within the NHS for over 20 years and a further 10 years in the independent sector. He has also more recently worked within the fitness and wellbeing industry. Rob brings many aspects of his employment background along with his own lived experience, working closely with the Number 11 staff team in providing the best we can for our clients and volunteers. Outside Number 11, Rob is married with daughters and enjoys a busy family and church life. Rob also loves the outdoors, walking, running, paddle-boarding or walking sections of The Camino De Santiago.

Julie Miles
Programme Delivery Manager
Julie draws on her teaching background to develop and deliver the workshops and courses offered to clients during their first year at Number 11. She also leads discussion sessions and arranges guest speakers and visitors to enrich the programme for those who have been attending for over a year. Working alongside our Activities Worker, Julie helps ensure that Number 11 offers a varied, accessible and enjoyable programme that supports clients' wellbeing, confidence and independence. Outside of Number 11, Julie is an active member of a local church and loves a pamper!

Robyn Owen
Fundraising and Development Lead
Robyn works behind the scenes to secure funding, develop new opportunities and help tell Number 11's story. She is responsible for writing grant applications, managing reporting requirements and supporting the charity's future growth. Before joining Number 11, Robyn volunteered with a local charitable organisation and played a key role in running a church toddler group. She is currently studying for an MA in Philanthropic Studies. Outside of work, Robyn enjoys spending time with family and friends, baking and going for walks. She lives with her husband and two children.

Amanda Holdcroft
Client Support Manager
After joining Number 11 in September 2019 as a volunteer, Amanda has taken on the role of Client Support Manager. The role involves working with some of the most vulnerable people from all over our city, providing essential help and support when it’s needed most. Amanda lives with her daughter and two guinea pigs, and enjoys gardening, theatre, live music and chocolate.

Cath Kelsall
Centre Support Worker
Cath volunteered with us at Number 11 for over 12 months before becoming a Client Support Worker in October '22. In this role she spends lots of time supporting individuals on a 1:1, providing that essential help and care where needed. Cath is an avid reader who loves crime fiction, swimming, walking her cockerpoo Milo, and finding bargains in antique shops!

Collette Cooper
Support Worker
Collette joined Number 11 in February 2026 as a Client Support Worker, spending her time with our new members on a 1:1 providing a listening ear, support, information, guidance, and encouragement. After working in the voluntary sector for the past 18 years, she brings a wealth of experience. Collette is married with 3 grown-up sons, an elderly dog and kitten, and enjoys reading, adult colouring, and watching the sea at Llandudno.

Amanda Brammeld
Centre Activity Worker
Amanda joined the team in October '22 and loves delivering a wide variety of activities for clients — from arts and crafts and baking to team building, gardening and physical exercise. Inspired during lockdown to train as a hula hoop instructor, Amanda believes movement is like medicine for positive wellbeing!
